Manuel veya ak\u00fcl\u00fc ara\u00e7lardan talep eden vatanda\u015flar\u0131n, Adana B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler birimine \u015fahsen m\u00fcracaat etmeleri gerekiyor.
